E-mails about training opportunities with members of Strike Force Racing and other multi-sport athletes in The Woodlands/Spring, TX area. These generally include weekend open water swims, bike rides and/or runs. Occasional weekday opportunities may also be available.
Opportunity for special pricing to swim Monday/Wednesday evenings with a US Masters Swimming (USMS) Coach at the CISD Natatorium. USMS Registration with Woodlands Masters Swim Team (WMST) is required at additional fee.
One coached group run session each week (speed or hill work)
Clinics on topics such as nutrition, bike maintenance, transitions/race prep and other topics
Heart Rate Training Zone establishment
Performance Testing to review progress and adjust training strategy. Some of these workouts may be accomplished on the athletes own time outside of any coached workouts, while others may be with the coach present.
Field Testing to determine VO2 max and/or Lactate Threshold for both run and bike.
$75 per month
$210 for 3 months (savings of $15)
$400 for 6 months (savings of $50)
You will be billed by approximately the 25th of the month for fees for the upcoming training period. You will not receive additional workouts until payment is received. You may pay cash, check or use Visa/MC/Discover.
